I started taking the probiotics and the cfort10, and wow what a difference it made. My digestion is more regular than it’s ever been, I’ve been struggling with irregular bowels, and it made my life really difficult. Your advice has been very helpful to me.

I’ve been getting really bad yeast infections, since two years ago. It happened after I had bad bronchitis and had to take antibiotics. I’m not sure what happened exactly, but I’ve only had 1 yeast infection in my life before. Since I’ve taken antibiotics I’ve gotten them every couple months, it’s driving me crazy and it’s so embarrassing. I will try your advice and I really hope it works.

Janice, I have the same problem and have terrible yeast infections. I was wondering if you could tell me how it’s working out for you.

Sorry, I never noticed your response as I do not check this site every day. It’s one of those things when you no longer suffer from symptoms, you no longer check. I started out by doing just the diet and I honestly couldn’t tell you if it was working or not. Once I added the probiotics and the cfort10, then it was obvious it started working because I got bad candida die-off and my symptoms initially flared. I read about it though, and I was making sure to drink a lot of fluids, (water and nettle tea), as well as took some of the candidaoff several times a day. Without that I’m not sure if I could have continued with the diet regimen.
I haven’t had a yeast infection in 3 months which is like a miracle for me.

I have a yeast infection, my doctor gave me some medicine, is it really bad for me? Should I not take it and just follow the natural method?

follow any advice your doctor gave you first and foremost. he is the expert, but you can still do a candida diet, and take supplements. There’s nothing wrong with doing that.

How do I know if I have candida?
December 10, 2014 at 12:24 am
from my experience most people have candida, it’s a matter of how bad.
the best way to know if you have candida is to see how you feel, how is your health, what kind of symptoms you have. then you should look at what foods bother you, when you eat sugars, breads, how do you feel? Do you feel worse every time you eat them? How do you feel when you eat clean and healthy, vegetables and when you avoid junk processed foods?
Have you ever taken probiotics and seen how it reacts with your body? When you note all of that and your bodies reaction that will be helpful.
Another option is to just do a full candida diet and see how you feel during. for me that’s what I did, and it was worth it. I thought that there was no way I could possibly have candida, and boy was I wrong.
I am waking up every day with more energy, I am thinking clearer than ever, have no more brain fog, and my mood is better. I’m a happier healthier person.

I read somewhere that I should douche with yogurt? Has anybody tried that for getting rid of yeast infection? I’m a bit nervous to try it to be honest as I’ve never douched before, and never with yogurt.

Karen, I really would be careful with what I put inside my vagina. You may end up making it worse, and I do not recommend douching at all. There are of course reasons that you want to douche, but I would leave that up to a doctor to tell me what to do.
I did the candida diet followed here, and also took the probacto probiotics as well as the antifungal, and I have to say it’s been working great for me. I haven’t gotten a yeast infection since I started. Not saying it’ll do the same for you, but clearly you’re not balanced internally otherwise you wouldn’t be getting yeast infections.
I am not sure how young you are though, and if you are chronic, tried to go to your doctor, etc. So it’s hard for me to give you any good judgments without knowing your situation.

I’ve been suffering and battling candida for over 10 years. I’ve went to several doctors only to be told that I am crazy and that I do not have candida unless I am severely immune compromised and have AIDS which I don’t. Nobody believed me, so I was left to handle everything in my own hands.
I followed a candida diet, and also got the candida recovery pack. Nobody believed me, nobody trusted me, but my health is better than it’s been in years. I’ve been told that I was crazy, and nobody helped me, but this website has been a huge help. I proved all the naysayers wrong, and candida is real. I suffered from it, and while I think I have a long way to go, I’m healthy again and feeling better every day.
If this site ever wants a donation, I’ll be glad to donate to the cause.

I have a terrible yeast infection, how can I get rid of it without telling my parents? I’m 13, and its too embarrassing.

you should not be embarrassed about having a yeast infection. these things are natural, and can happen to anybody. your parents will ntobe mad at you for having one, and I highly suggest you tell them. they will most likely take you to a doctor so you can get the proper care and treatment that you need.

I bought the candida recovery pack from probacto and its been working wonderfully for me. I haven’t felt this great in years, so if anybody is on the fence, I can testify to how great it works.
